How to order?

Step 1
Choose the desired jewel, which you can personalize by having it engraved and / or customizing it with charms / initials. The selection menus are located along the selected article. Are you ready? Add the product to the shopping cart.

Step 2
Click on your shopping cart at the top right, here you will see the selected products. Before continuing, check that the order is correct. Then click on "checkout".

Step 3
Enter your personal information and check it carefully.

Step 4

Choose the delivery option of your choice.

Step 5
Choose a preferred payment method. More information about our payment methods can be found here.

Step 6
Finally, check that you accept the general terms and conditions and click on the "place order" button to finalize your order.

Engraved jewelery

  • Our jewelery is hand-engraved in Bruges.

  • There is a choice of two fonts: handwriting or block letters. The choice can be made in the selection menu along the product.

  • All our jewelry is made of steel, so it does not discolour and does not cause allergic reactions.

  • Dimensions are always listed along the relevant article.

  • The text is engraved as it is entered, make sure everything is correct, use capital letters (if desired).
     

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, placed orders cannot be canceled or changed. This means that the order must be checked by you before you place a final order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The average delivery time is between 1-5 working days. As soon as the order has left us, the delivery is no longer in our hands and the delivery time may deviate. 

Delivery times may depend on the size of the order and whether or not you have opted for a personalized jewel. 
You always receive one Track & Trace code allows you to track your order at all times. 

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship our jewelery all over the world. Shipping costs may be adjusted depending on the location where the package should be sent to. You can see the shipping costs when completing your order.
