How to order?

Step 1
Choose the desired jewel, you can personalize it by having it engraved and/or adjusting it with charms/initials. The drop-down menus are next to the chosen item. Are you ready? Add the product to the shopping cart.

Step 2
Click on your shopping cart at the top right, here you will see the selected products. Before proceeding, please check that the order is correct. Then click on 'checkout'.

Step 3
Enter your personal information and check it carefully.

Step 4

Choose the delivery option you prefer. 

Step 5
Choose a desired payment method. More information about our payment methods can be found here.

Step 6
Finally check that you accept the general terms and conditions and click on the button 'place order' to finalize your order.

Engraved jewellery

  • Our jewels are engraved in our own workshop in Jabbeke.

  • There is a choice of four fonts. The choice can be made in the selection menu next to the product. Here you can also immediately see what your text will look like. 

  • All our jewels are made of stainless steel, so they do not discolor and do not cause allergic reactions.

  • Dimensions are always along the relevant article.

  • The text will be engraved as it is filled in, make sure that everything is correct, use capital letters if desired. Personalized items are not returnable. 
     

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, placed orders cannot be canceled or changed. This means that the order must be checked by you before you place a final order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The average delivery time is between 1-5 working days. Once the order has left us, the delivery is no longer in our hands and the delivery time may vary. 

Delivery times may depend on the size of the order and whether or not you have opted for a personalized piece of jewellery. 
You always receive one Track & Trace code allows you to track your order at all times. 

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship our jewelry all over the world. Shipping costs may be adjusted depending on the location to which the package is to be sent. You can see the shipping costs when completing your order. 

Shipments to the Netherlands & Belgium are free with an order above 55 euros. 

 

How long does the shipment of an order take?

Shipments of the jewelry takes on average 1-5 working days.

 

Can beauty products be returned?

Perfumes and other beauty products cannot be returned.

 

What is the warranty period of the jewellery?:

We use a warranty period of 3 months. The warranty starts on the date of purchase. We look at each situation individually, please contact us via the contact form so that we can help you further. 

 

Can I pick up my order in Jabbeke?

During checkout you can indicate the shipping option, here you will have the option to have the package delivered or picked up at our location:
