Step 1: Submit your return.
Contact us via the contact form, leave a message and tell us the reason for returning the product. After you have been authorized to return your order, go to step 2.

We cannot accept items that are worn, used or incomplete. We also cannot accept personalized jewelry after you have given us permission for your order.

Step 2: Send us your return

Send your return to the following address: Studio Me.Mo. Constant Permekelaan 77, 8490 Jabbeke. Please note that returns are at the customer's own expense and responsibility. Studio Me.Mo. offers a full refund within 14 days from the time your order is delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes, duties, fees, or shipping costs for returns. If your order arrives after the 14 days have passed, we offer you a refund for your returned goods in the form of a Studio Me.Mo. Gift card.

Step 3: Get a credit note
Once we have received your returned goods safe and sound, we will refund the amount to the account used to pay for your order within 14 days.

We cannot accept items that are worn, used or incomplete. We cannot refund taxes, duties, charges or shipping charges for returns.
Your item(s) must be packaged in their original packaging and preferably shipped in the envelope or box they arrived in.
Sample Sale items are excluded from returns and/or exchanges.

Studio Me.Mo. cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To ensure the arrival of your return, we recommend that you use a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
