Step 1: Submit your Return
Contact us with the contact form, leave a message and tell us what the reason is for returning the product.
After you receive your permission to return your order, go to step 2.
- We can not accept items that have been worn or used or are incomplete. Also we can not accept personalized jewelry after you give us consent about your order.
Step 2: Send us your Return
Send your return to the following address:
- Please note that return shipments are at the customer's own cost and responsibility.
- Studio Me.Mo. will offer a full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered.
- Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns.
- If your order arrives after the 14 days have passed, we will offer to refund your returned goods in the form of a Studio Me. Mo. Gift card.
Step 3: Receive a Credit Note
Once we have received your returned goods safe & sound, we will transfer the amount back to the account your order has been paid with within 14 days.
- We can not accept items that have been worn or used or are incomplete.
- We can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns.
Your item (s) must be wrapped in their original packaging, and shipped preferably in the envelope or box they arrived in.
- Sample Sale items are excluded from returns and / or exchanges.
Studio Me.Mo. cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and / or insurance.
